I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city centre of Bandung. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and good amenities. I especially loved the rooms with a view, as they offered a beautiful outlook of the surrounding area. The breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, both Western and Indonesian cuisine.
I found everything at this hotel to be satisfactory, with no major issues.

Great value for family holiday! Rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for families. Breakfast was yummy and had a range of options to suit everyone's tastes. the location was ideal, within walking distance to plenty of delicious food and superb shopping, making it so convenient for families on holiday.
Service could have been better. We booked a king-sized bed, but upon arrival, we were told that it was not available anymore and asked to combine two twin-sized beds.

Located in a convenient area near Jalan Riau and a supermarket with lots of food choices, this hotel's location is perfect for shopping enthusiasts. The spacious rooms, King-sized bed, and peaceful ambiance add to the relaxing experience.
The hotel's facilities need improvement. The kids' pool is small and the hot water is not sufficient in the morning, making it uncomfortable for some guests.

We loved the central location of the hotel, which was in close proximity to supermarkets, many restaurants, and popular shopping areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable and we appreciated the facilities offered, especially the complimentary Wi-Fi and easy transportation. We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed exploring the surroundings. We really appreciated the spa services offered by the hotel, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The parking situation was a bit frustrating, as there were limited parking spots available. the live music from the nearby bar was quite loud and we could hear it from our room, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
